The Bravo Mental Wellness (BMW) Experience
Waiting Room at 174 Mine Lake Court
Bravo Mental Wellness has been serving the triangle area since 2023. Sasha Bravo founded the organization, believing that there was a better way to provide mental health services. Bravo Mental Wellness provides a holistic approach to mental health treatment that is evidenced-based, efficient but thorough, and patient-centered. Whether this is your first time in care or your eightieth, we offer a judgement-free environment in which to explore what medication might be the most appropriate choice for you.
We partner with many local psychotherapists to provide a well-rounded approach to your treatment. We have worked with many conditions including bipolar disorder, ADHD, and treatment resistant depression.
Please note: **Bravo Mental Wellness only practices evidence-based medicine; therefore, we may not be able to continue your current treatment regimen if it is deemed inappropriate for your long term health and wellness.**
