The Bravo Mental Wellness (BMW) Experience

Waiting Room at 174 Mine Lake Court

Bravo Mental Wellness has been serving the triangle area since 2023. Sasha Bravo founded the organization, believing that there was a better way to provide mental health services. Bravo Mental Wellness provides a holistic approach to mental health treatment that is evidenced-based, efficient but thorough, and patient-centered. Whether this is your first time in care or your eightieth, we offer a judgement-free environment in which to explore what medication might be the most appropriate choice for you.

We partner with many local psychotherapists to provide a well-rounded approach to your treatment. We have worked with many conditions including bipolar disorder, ADHD, and treatment resistant depression. While no one is turned away due to the complexity of their condition or their current medications, Bravo Mental Wellness only practices evidence-based medicine; therefore, we may not be able to continue your current treatment regimen if it is deemed inappropriate for your long term health and wellness.

Richardo Moniz

Office Manager

Richardo joined Bravo Mental Wellness (BMW) in 2023 as the practice's Office Manager. He oversees all daily operations including billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties. He is grateful to be able to work remotely the majority of his hours, as this enables him to spend more time with his family and enhances his overall work-life balance.

Richardo has a diverse background that includes time spent in the military. He was deployed twice, first to Afghanistan and then Iraq. When he returned home, he struggled with his own mental wellness and can personally relate to the struggles of others for this reason. Richardo has an undergraduate degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and a master's degree in Management and Leadership. His favorite quote about mental health is from Fred Rogers (better known as "Mr. Rogers"): "Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary."
