Telehealth is available for both initial and follow up appointments with the following caveats:

-An in-person evaluation will be required before any controlled medications are started, in accordance with current DEA guidelines. Controlled medications include stimulants for ADHD such as Adderall and Concerta, sleep aids such as Ambien and Lunesta, and benzodiazepines such as Xanax and Klonopin.

-You MUST be physically located in the State of North Carolina at the time of your appointment. This applies even if you are a resident of North Carolina and are temporarily away for school or vacation. Bravo Mental Wellness is unable to see patients in states where we do not have a license to operate/treat patients; at this time, we are only licensed in North Carolina.

-For those under the age of 18, an in-person appointment will be required for the initial visit; thereafter, telehealth may be used. Additionally, a parent or guardian must be present for all appointments as a patient under the age of 18 is unable to consent for their own mental health treatment under current North Carolina law.
